Web Design

Requirement Gathering

We do the homework to understand your goals. We consider the possibilities. Our design team gathers navigation, details, preferences, and examples for consideration.

Design Mockup

The development team provides two (or more) design mockups for review.

Design Review and Revisions

After collecting feedback on the initial mockups, the designer creates and presents additional mockups for review until we receive final client approval.

Collect Content

Website textual and graphical content is collected from the client.

Pre-Launch Review

The website will be developed in a review area. The client will be provided access to review the site as it is being constructed and when complete for a final review.

Launch Site

After final approval, we schedule, then launch the site. We typically watch the error logs for a bit to make sure all site components are functioning properly.

Follow Up Training and Review

Once the site has adequate traffic statistics we perform a pintail review and training session on understanding traffic statistics. We continue to monitor the site and offer recommendations for improving search engine ranking in addition to evaluating performance as compared to the established goals and objectives.

Develop Project Scope

Review Scope

A Scope of Work is developed and reviewed with the client. Commitment levels are discussed and recommendations are considered.

Development Site

We create a development environment and promote code to be reviewed by the client. The application test suite is developed in concert with the application code, so the application can be automatically tested in the production environment and to ensure as any revisions are made in the future.

Train

Training occurs on the development site. Help and documentation are integrated into the application.

Launch

After training and prior to final launch, final testing occurs and the site is readied for launch. After site launch, error logs are monitored to ensure site is functioning properly.

Post Launch Review

After a reasonable amount of time has passed to be able to review performance, ease of use, and real life usage, a review is conducted to evaluate performance and revisit initial goals and objectives. Recommendations for improvement are considered and future development staging is considered.
